Grove Court Care Home

Deb Bunt

Wednesday: another day, another talk. This time Peter and I delivered our presentation to some of the residents of Grove Court Care Home.

We went a little rogue for this presentation - no slide show and the debut of our improvised role play! Intrigued? You'll have to book us to find out more!

Hand on heart though, I was touched by the enthusiastic and engaged audience - and there were a lot of people there! - and by their generosity, both to us in buying so many books but mainly for their donation for Alzheimer's Research UK.

Although oftentimes a talk will leave us exhausted, this one left us emotionally elated and so a huge thanks to Emma for contacting me and for making this event really worthwhile - both for Peter and me but for the residents of Grove Court.

Now about that role play....
