Peter's contribution to the Article of the Month in the BMC journal

Deb Bunt

A couple of weeks ago, we posted that Peter's collaboration with doctorate research student, Annabel, had resulted in the acceptance and publication of her paper.

Well, I'm delighted to say that Annabel's paper has now been selected as the Article of the Month in the journal. Here is the BMC's tag line:

"At BMC we are dedicated to publishing the best open access journals across our portfolio of over 250 titles and are always striving to drive progress in biology, health sciences and medicine."

Not only am I immensely proud of Annabel for her achievement, I would like to congratulate her again for the way she worked with Peter to ensure his views as a person living with Alzheimer's were accurately reflected, respected and represented. This is true collaboration and I am sure that Annabel's paper will be widely read and integrated into practice.

The company aims to empower people living with dementia and their families to design support that meets their individual needs, providing agency in challenging circumstances.
